Transform Anxiety, Stress, and Overwhelm Into Sustainable Happiness

Welcome to the home of HASH60—where ancient wisdom meets modern science, and where real change stops being a theory and becomes a daily practice.

Hello, I’m Dr Harry Somaraju — author, researcher, and personal transformation coach.

After three and a half decades in sales, management, and business, I did what most people only threaten to do during a stressful workday—I changed course entirely and went back to university. A PhD in Psychology later, I began weaving together the two practices that transformed my own life: mindfulness meditation and heart-rate variability biofeedback (HRVB).

The result was HASH60, a 60-day integrative method designed to reduce anxiety, restore mental balance, and build lasting happiness. My award-winning book, Anxiety to Ahh-mazing in 60 Days, tells that story.

Today, I support individuals and groups who are ready—not just curious—to change their inner world and, in the process, reshape their outer world.

What I Do

  • Author: Writing about sustainable happiness, emotional mastery, mindfulness, and HRV.

  • Coach: Helping clients move from chaos to clarity through structured, science-based training.

  • Researcher: Exploring the intersection of mind, body, breath, and behaviour.

My goal is simple:
To help you build a calm, resilient, purpose-driven life—one day at a time.

The HASH60 Approach

HASH60 is a structured, science-based method built on four interconnected pillars. Together, they create the conditions for calm, clarity, and sustainable happiness.

1. Values & Identity

Clarifying what truly matters and aligning daily actions with personal values.
Without values, motivation fades quickly and effort goes in circles.

2. Mind Training

Training the mind and nervous system using:

  • Mindfulness meditation

  • Heart-rate variability (HRV) biofeedback

This pillar develops emotional regulation, focus, and resilience to stress.

3. Body Training

Strengthening the body through:

  • Regular movement and exercise

  • Gentle, consistent physical activity suited to individual capacity

A calm mind functions best in a body that is well-supported and active.

4. Lifestyle Foundations

Creating a stable base for wellbeing through:

  • Sleep

  • Nutrition

  • Daily routines and habits

Lifestyle is not an optional extra—it is the platform that sustains change.

Support, coaching, and accountability are part of the HASH60 process, helping people stay consistent and engaged.

Transformation is not a mystery. It’s a method.

A Personal Note

I live in Melbourne with my wife, close to my children and grandchildren—excellent teachers of patience, joy, and the importance of keeping snacks handy.
