My role is to help you turn that feeling into a structured, committed journey toward clarity, emotional strength, and sustainable happiness.

I am a Personal Transformation Facilitator who brings together:

  • 25+ years of meditative practice

  • HRV science

  • Psychological research

  • A fair bit of real-world experience from the school of sales, management, business, and life

The result is a coaching approach that is equal parts practical, compassionate, and evidence-based—with just enough dry humour to keep things human.
